Hailey Bieber Workout
Looking at Hailey Bieber’s social media accounts, you might think she was born with good genes. Although there is no doubt that she was given a good start in life, she still works extremely hard to keep herself looking good from head to toe. The model trains at least five days a week to stay fit and healthy, combining hot Pilates, yoga, strength training, and cardio. She told the Women’s Health Going For Goal podcast: “I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating,”. Regular Pilates is not always her first choice; sometimes, Bieber prefers a sweaty session. “I really like doing hot Pilates. There’s a great place in LA that was started by a girl named Shannon Nadj. It’s 45 to 50 minutes of straight-up sweating, and I come out looking like a drenched tomato,” she told Vogue Australia.
On top of Pilates, which increases core strength, improves posture, and boosts energy, Bieber likes to mix up her workouts, alternating between cardio and strength training. ” I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health,” she explained via Bazaar. By varying your activities, you allow your overworked muscles, joints, and ligaments to rest and recover before putting them back into action.

Hailey Bieber Diet Plan
Hailey Bieber also tries to stick to a balanced diet to stay healthy and in shape. During lockdown, she completely cut all meat except fish from her daily eating and has been eating more vegetarian and vegan dishes to maintain her 110lb weight, but it did not work for her. “I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine. I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don’t eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don’t eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils” she told Bazaar.
She prefers to cook at home rather than order or eat out because she likes to know exactly what is in her meals. The model grills various foods, including steak, vegetables, and corn. While Bieber strives to eat as healthily as possible most of the time, she does not deprive herself when cravings arise. “A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I’ll eat. That’s my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I’m gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I’m gonna eat it. If I want fries, I’m gonna eat the fries.” she told ELLE.
Hailey eats eggs or oatmeal with some healthy protein and a green smoothie for breakfast. Lunch is typically comprised of a salad, grilled vegetables, or a sandwich. Her favorite salad is a kale Caesar salad without croutons. For dinner, she eats steamed vegetables or gluten-free pasta because she avoids gluten. Regarding snacks, Bieber prefers almond butter for a protein boost that will keep her feeling fuller for longer.
- Breakfast: eggs or oatmeal with lean meat and a green smoothie.
- Snack: avocado with almond butter.
- Lunch: kale Caesar salad, grilled vegetables, or a sandwich.
- Snack: lemon herb Mediterranean chicken salad.
- Dinner: steamed vegetable or gluten-free pasta with grilled fish.
