Sadie Sink is best known for her starring role as Max Mayfield in the Netflix science fiction series Stranger Things (2017–present). However, she began acting at age seven in local theater productions and went on to play the title role in Annie (2012–14) and young Queen Elizabeth II in The Audience (2015) on Broadway. For each exercise, complete as many reps as you can within 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Sadie Sink Diet Plan

A true animal lover, Sink was convinced to go vegan after spending time with co-star Woody Harrelson in 2017 while filming The Glass Castle. “I did a movie with Woody Harrelson, he played my dad, and I got really close to him and his family. I spent a lot of time with them. While I was with them I was eating vegan and I was kind of like watching them and seeing the way they ate and the way they lived their lives. She told Vegan Life.

She realized that living a vegan lifestyle prevents animal suffering and effectively shrinks our environmental footprint, particularly in light of climate change. ” I did it mainly for the animals, but then also the environment as well. I think a lot of people do it for health reasons also and I think that’s great but I consider that when you’re vegan, the health benefits are a bonus. The most important thing to me is that I’m helping the animals and the environment.”

Sadie Sink has become a vocal supporter of veganism and believes everyone can help, whether through food or fashion. “I had a lot of great vegan influences in my life, and was really inspired to try it out myself.
