Sadie Sink is best known for her starring role as Max Mayfield in the Netflix science fiction series Stranger Things (2017–present). However, she began acting at age seven in local theater productions and went on to play the title role in Annie (2012–14) and young Queen Elizabeth II in The Audience (2015) on Broadway. She made her television debut in a 2013 episode of The Americans and her film debut in the sports film Chuck (2016). Since then, she starred in the horror film trilogy Fear Street and played the lead role in Taylor Swift’s short film ‘All Too Well: The Short Film.’
Aside from the pressures of being a young actor, Sink has also had to tackle the ridiculous beauty standards placed on women in the industry. Still, she’s already figured out one important way to seize control. While other celebrities prioritize social media to make more money, Sink intentionally avoids it to prevent toxic comments and trolls. “I don’t have the Instagram app or any social media apps on my phone. I’ll download it sometimes to check in, but I don’t really like to associate with any of the negative things on social media,” she said to Glamour Magazine.
Sadie Sink Workout
Her workout routine is unique because she constantly varies and changes exercises to keep things interesting. Staying fit has been a priority since she decided to pursue an acting career. In interviews, she frequently stated that consistency is the most crucial thing in life. For Sadie Sink, that means exercising at least five days a week, with only a rare exception.
She regularly attends yoga classes and posts videos of herself performing basic poses. However, Sadie Sink is not a fan of gyms, as they are too crowded and distracting for her. Instead, she likes to take her yoga mat outside in the garden to spend quality time in the fresh air. She also says she joins a spin class several days a week to get more intense cardio sessions for heart health.
The 20 years old also includes plenty of HIIT workouts in her routine. These exercises are the most effective training method for burning fat and sculpting muscle. It not only gets your heart rate up like nothing else but also boosts your metabolism and will get you super fit by improving your cardiovascular strength. According to a 2019 study, people who participated in a HIIT program lost 29 percent more total fat than those who did moderate-intensity continuous training.
Finally, she recommends getting out in nature and hiking for physical and mental well-being.

Sadie Sink Diet Plan
A true animal lover, Sink was convinced to go vegan after spending time with co-star Woody Harrelson in 2017 while filming The Glass Castle. “I did a movie with Woody Harrelson, he played my dad, and I got really close to him and his family. I spent a lot of time with them. While I was with them I was eating vegan and I was kind of like watching them and seeing the way they ate and the way they lived their lives. She told Vegan Life.
She realized that living a vegan lifestyle prevents animal suffering and effectively shrinks our environmental footprint, particularly in light of climate change. ” I did it mainly for the animals, but then also the environment as well. I think a lot of people do it for health reasons also and I think that’s great but I consider that when you’re vegan, the health benefits are a bonus. The most important thing to me is that I’m helping the animals and the environment.”
Sadie Sink has become a vocal supporter of veganism and believes everyone can help, whether through food or fashion. “I had a lot of great vegan influences in my life, and was really inspired to try it out myself. I think everyone should consider it. It can be pretty intimidating at first, but just take it day by day. Every little choice counts!” Sadie told GLAMOUR.
The superstar consumes as little sugar as possible and prefers low-fat foods. Although her diet is strict, it’s also balanced. Butternut squash, spinach lasagna, and waffles are among her favorite dishes. She avoids high-carbohydrate foods and prefers protein-rich vegetables.

Sadie Sink Supplements
According to research, vegans are at a high risk of nutrient deficiencies without supplements or enriched foods. Some nutrient needs may be challenging to meet solely through diet and fortified foods. This is especially true for B12, iron, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids. All vegans should think about taking supplements if their diet is inadequate to meet their nutritional needs. Sadie takes organic vegan protein powder, vitamin D, fish oil, multivitamins, zinc, and magnesium to boost her immune system, reduce inflammation, and maintain and improve her health.
