Let’s dive right in!
Q1: Rosé, thank you for joining us today. Let’s start by talking about your fitness journey. How did you develop an interest in fitness, and what motivated you to prioritize your health?
Rosé: Thank you for having me. I’ve always been interested in fitness, but during my trainee days, I realized how important it was to care for my body. Being an idol requires a lot of physical stamina and energy, and I wanted to be in the best shape possible to give my all during performances. Additionally, I believe that caring for my health contributes to my happiness and confidence.
Q2: That’s wonderful to hear, Rosé. Can you tell us about your diet? What foods do you focus on, and do you follow specific dietary principles?
Rosé: My diet mainly revolves around a balanced mix of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. I focus on consuming lean protein sources like chicken, fish, and tofu. I include complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, and whole grains, which provide me with sustained energy. Fruits and vegetables play a significant role in my diet as well, as they provide essential vitamins and minerals. I try to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Q3: It’s great to hear that you prioritize a balanced diet. Moving on to your workout routine, can you share some insights into your favorite exercises and what has contributed the most to building your physique?
Rosé: I enjoy a combination of cardio exercises and strength training. Some of my favorite exercises include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), pilates, cycling, and dancing. These activities not only keep me physically fit but also bring me joy. Strength training exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts, and resistance band workouts have been incredibly beneficial in building my physique. They help me build strength and tone my muscles.
Q4: That sounds like a well-rounded routine, Rosé. In your fitness journey, have you made any notable training mistakes? If so, what were they, and what did you learn from them?
Rosé: Yes, I’ve made a few training mistakes along the way. One of my biggest mistakes was not giving myself enough rest and recovery time. I used to push myself too hard without taking proper breaks, which led to exhaustion and increased the risk of injury. I’ve learned that rest is just as important as training, and now I prioritize recovery days and listen to my body.
Q5: Recovery is indeed crucial for overall fitness. Are there any supplements you use to support your training and health?
Rosé: I believe in obtaining most of my nutrients from whole foods, but I take some supplements to support my training. I take a high-quality multivitamin to ensure I get all the essential vitamins and minerals. Additionally, I incorporate protein powder into my diet to help with muscle recovery after intense workouts.
Q6: That’s a sensible approach, Rosé. Now, let’s talk about cheat meals. Do you allow yourself any indulgences, and if so, what are your favorite cheat meals?
Rosé: Absolutely! I believe in balance, and occasionally treating myself to my favorite foods is part of that. I love a good burger with fries, ice cream, or a slice of pizza. It’s all about moderation and enjoying those treats guilt-free.
Q7: It’s refreshing to hear that you embrace balance in your lifestyle. What is the most common training question, and how do you address it?
Rosé: One of the most common questions I receive is about how to stay motivated when it comes to fitness. My advice is to find activities that you genuinely enjoy and make them a part of your routine. Whether it’s dancing, swimming, hiking, or any other form of exercise, finding something that brings you joy will help you stay motivated in the long run. Also, setting realistic goals and tracking your progress can provide a sense of accomplishment and keep you motivated.
Q8: That’s excellent advice, Rosé. Finally, what would you advise those struggling with weight and fitness goals?
Rosé: My advice would be to be patient and kind to yourself. Everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and progress takes time. Focus on making small, sustainable changes to your lifestyle rather than aiming for quick fixes. Surround yourself with positive influences and seek support from friends, family, or professionals if needed. Remember, it’s not just about the physical changes but also about finding a healthy and balanced mindset that will help you maintain your progress in the long term.
Thank you so much, Rosé, for sharing your insights and wisdom today. It’s been a pleasure speaking with you, and we wish you continued success in your music career and fitness journey.
Rosé: Thank you for having me. It was my pleasure to share my experiences. Stay healthy, and keep pursuing your goals, everyone!
