Rosé Workout Routine
In addition to her impressive singing and dancing skills, Rosé is also well-known for her fit and fabulous body. Like the other BLACKPINK members, she believes that her daily dancing practice is the key to her fit physique. For this reason, She enjoys dancing with Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa for two to three hours daily. Dancing is the ultimate form of exercise. It not only works all of your muscles and limbs, but it also gets your heart pumping. Plus, dancing can also be a lot of fun.
Aside from dance practice sessions, Rosé has developed an interest in strength training, boxing, and Pilates. She reportedly attends Pilates classes three days a week to strengthen her muscles, increase flexibility, build core strength, improve posture, increase energy, and relieve stress. One study found that people who did one hour of Pilates twice a week for 12 weeks significantly increased abdominal endurance, hamstring flexibility, and upper-body muscular endurance.
Whether you are just starting to exercise, an elite athlete, or somewhere in between Pilates is good for you because it can be modified to provide a gentle strength training program or a challenging workout. All people can benefit from Pilates because of its emphasis on developing core strength, appropriate posture, and the body-mind connection. Thanks to the thousands of possible exercises and modifications, it can be customized to each person’s needs.

Rosé Diet Plan
Rosé does not follow any specific diet because she was born with a petite frame and a high metabolism, so maintaining her weight has never been an issue. Every Blackpink fan knows how much of a foodie she is, and she enjoys posting photos of herself eating. She doesn’t restrict herself, but instead of consuming a large serving of food all at once, she spreads out her eating throughout the day in small proportions, ensuring she gets enough protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and at least five servings of fruits and vegetables. She also enjoys snacking on carrots and bell peppers.

The South Korean revealed lately during an interview that she swells quickly. Despite this, she loves spicy food, especially at night. However, she demonstrates complete professionalism when she discusses how she controls her diet before photoshoots, “I try not to eat anything too spicy the day before the shoot. If I’m hungry at night, I just endure it as much as possible, and I don’t eat anything.” She also admits that she craves spicy food while working. Still, because she believes it makes her swollen, she manages that by eating a lot of salad. But she usually treats herself at the end of the shoot, “It’s a little difficult to endure. But, instead, once I finish my photoshoot, I will go and have them immediately.”

Rosé Supplements
While dietary supplements cannot replace healthy eating habits, they can provide adequate amounts of essential nutrients and help you fill in the gaps in your diet when used responsibly. Rosé takes zinc, selenium, vitamin D, curcumin, and multivitamins to boost her immune system, reduce inflammation, and maintain her health. Most supplements are safe to take, but there are some exceptions. For example, high calcium and vitamin D intake may increase the risk of kidney stones.
