One-Arm kettlebell clean instructions:
- Place a kettlebell between your feet, bend down at your knees, push your butt out. and keep your eyes looking forward.
- Take the kettlebell and clean press it to your shoulders by extending through the legs and hips as you raise it towards your shoulder.
- Return back to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
