One-Arm kettlebell clean instructions:

  1. Place a kettlebell between your feet, bend down at your knees, push your butt out. and keep your eyes looking forward.
  2. Take the kettlebell and clean press it to your shoulders by extending through the legs and hips as you raise it towards your shoulder.
  3. Return back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
