Lying leg curls instructions:

  1. Adjust the leg curl machine and lie face down on it with the pad of the lever on the back of your legs.
  2. Grab the side handles of the machine and curl your legs up as far as possible.
  3. Hold for a few seconds, then Lower lever pads until knees are straight.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
