Lying leg curls instructions:
- Adjust the leg curl machine and lie face down on it with the pad of the lever on the back of your legs.
- Grab the side handles of the machine and curl your legs up as far as possible.
- Hold for a few seconds, then Lower lever pads until knees are straight.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
