Lying cambered row instructions:

  1. Place a cambered or EZ bar underneath an exercise bench, and Lay face down on a flat bench.
  2. Grab the bar using a palm down grip slightly wider than shoulder-width, and let your arms hang toward the floor.
  3. Slowly row the bar up towards your chest as far as possible, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  4. Hold for a count squeezing your back, then return back down slowly to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
