Kneeling leg curl instructions:

  1. Get into position on a kneeling leg curl machine.
  2. slowly curl the pad up towards your glutes.
  3. Hold for a count and squeeze your hamstrings.
  4. Lower the lever to the starting position by extending your knee.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
