Kim Kardashian, born October 21, 1980, in Los Angeles, California, is an American television personality, model, and entrepreneur who rose to global fame for her personal life, much of which was documented on the popular reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007–21). As an entrepreneur, she has successfully launched cosmetics, fragrance, clothing, and shapewear brands. Kim is one of the world’s wealthiest women, with a net worth of $1 billion, owing primarily to the success of her cosmetics company, KKW Beauty. In 2015, she was named one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people.

She has graced the covers of numerous magazines worldwide, including Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Forbes, Allure, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Paper, Prestige, and Self. Her enormous popularity also led to film roles; she appeared in Disaster Movie (2008), Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor (2013), PAW Patrol: The Movie (2021), and other TV shows. Kim and other members of the Kardashian family signed a production deal with the streaming service Hulu in 2020, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians ended the following year. Under the agreement, Hulu will launch 40 episodes of “The Kardashians,” spread out over 10-episode seasons from April 14, 2022.

Aside from endorsement deals, Kardashian was involved in various business ventures, including a series of fitness DVDs, clothing products, books, and a game app that allowed users to create a celebrity. In June 2017, she launched her beauty line, KKW Beauty, and in November of that year, she launched her fragrance line, KKW Fragrance. Kardashian reportedly sold a 20% stake in KKW Beauty to Coty Inc. in June 2020 for $200 million. In September 2019, the superstar launched SKIMS, a shapewear line centered on body positivity. In January 2022, the company was valued at more than $3.2 billion.

Kim Kardashian Workout

Achieving her curvaceous shape was no easy feat—and can be attributed to a rigorous exercise routine and consistency. Consistency is arguably the most important factor in reaching fitness goals regardless of how out of place you feel. Without it, programs become disorganized, the body struggles to adapt, and forming habits may be more challenging. Regularly repeating difficult, uncomfortable movements will quickly pay off.

Kim K works out six days a week, rising at 5:30 a.m. to begin her workout routine. She trains for about an hour and a half every day, focusing primarily on endurance fitness and core strength—she does not do much cardio. According to her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, weight training accounts for 85% of her training, with cardio accounting for the remaining 15%. Kim enjoys working her hamstrings and booty!

The 41-year-old beauty constantly adds weight and alternates between focusing on form and strength. But she will do the same workout she did the day before—squats, hip thrusts, lunges, chest presses, shoulder presses, tricep dips, renegade rows, and lat pulldowns. She also dedicates an entire day to ab workouts while ensuring she has covered all the bases.

Kim Kardashian Diet Plan

There is a reason why Kim Kardashian has been able to keep her body fit after giving birth to four children, and it essentially has to do with her previous dedication to the Atkins diet. The Atkins diet is renowned for reducing carbohydrate consumption almost entirely while incorporating a lot of lean protein and healthy fats. Though she lost 70 pounds after each pregnancy thanks to the Atkins diet, Kardashian has recently begun to add more carbs into her diet and deviate from the Atkins diet’s strict rules.

She stated that her trainer always advises her to eat simple carbs like sweet potatoes before and after workouts to replenish glycogen stores. She also encourages her to eat vegetables to aid in the breakdown and absorption of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Kim eats only freshly prepared meals made from organic ingredients and avoids all processed foods. She claims that junk food now makes her sick, and she no longer eats snacks. Even if she does go for a cheat, Kim says it is usually something semi-healthy, like banana bread or an Atkins chocolate peanut butter cup.

  • Breakfast: two eggs scrambled with heavy cream and cheddar cheese, two pieces of turkey bacon, 4 ounces of full-fat Greek yogurt, and 1/3 cup of blueberries.
  • Snack: tuna salad cucumber boats.
  • Lunch: crab and avocado salad.
  • Dinner: grilled chicken breast and asparagus.
  • Snack: celery with cream cheese.
