Kettlebell open palm clean instructions:

  1. Place one kettlebell between your feet, and bend down at your knees pushing your glutes out.
  2. Raise the kettlebell towards your shoulders quickly so that it flips and the ball lands in the palms of your hand.
  3. Release the kettlebell out in front of you and catch the handle with both hands.
  4. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position and repeat.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
