Kettlebell one-legged deadlift instructions:
- hold a kettlebell in one hand, and stand on one leg on the same side that you hold the kettlebell.
- Perform a stiff-legged deadlift by bending at the hip, and extending your free leg behind you.
- Lower the kettlebell until it touches the ground.
- hold for a moment, then return back to the upright position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
