Kettlebell one-legged deadlift instructions:

  1. hold a kettlebell in one hand, and stand on one leg on the same side that you hold the kettlebell.
  2. Perform a stiff-legged deadlift by bending at the hip, and extending your free leg behind you.
  3. Lower the kettlebell until it touches the ground.
  4. hold for a moment, then return back to the upright position.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
