Kettlebell one arm overhead squat instructions:
- Clean pressing a kettlebell with one arm, and then press the weight overhead by extending through the elbow.
- With the kettlebell pressed overhead, flex the knees and hips and lower your body towards the ground.
- Pause at the bottom position for a second before returning back to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
