Kettlebell one arm overhead squat instructions:

  1. Clean pressing a kettlebell with one arm, and then press the weight overhead by extending through the elbow.
  2. With the kettlebell pressed overhead, flex the knees and hips and lower your body towards the ground.
  3. Pause at the bottom position for a second before returning back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
