Kettlebell hang clean instructions:

  1. Place a kettlebell between your legs, bend at your knees, push your glutes back and look straight ahead.
  2. From the bent position, clean the kettlebell to your shoulder, and stand up straight.
  3. Return back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
