Kettlebell hang clean instructions:
- Place a kettlebell between your legs, bend at your knees, push your glutes back and look straight ahead.
- From the bent position, clean the kettlebell to your shoulder, and stand up straight.
- Return back to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
