Kettlebell front squats instructions:

  1. Clean two kettlebells to your shoulders
  2. Squat down as low as you can, Looking straight ahead at all times
  3.  Hold down for a few seconds, then return back to the starting position by driving through your heels.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
