Kettlebell dead clean instructions:

  1. Place a kettlebell between your legs, bend your knees, push your glutes back and look straight ahead.
  2. From the bent position, raise the kettlebell towards your shoulder and hold it for a few seconds. 
  3. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
