Kettlebell dead clean instructions:
- Place a kettlebell between your legs, bend your knees, push your glutes back and look straight ahead.
- From the bent position, raise the kettlebell towards your shoulder and hold it for a few seconds.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
