Jisoo: Thank you for having me! Well, my fitness journey started a few years ago when I realized that I wanted to take better care of my body and overall well-being. As a performer, it’s important for me to have stamina and energy on stage, and I knew that maintaining a healthy lifestyle would play a crucial role in achieving that. I wanted to challenge myself physically and mentally, and that’s when I decided to make fitness a priority in my life.
