Incline bench barbell row instructions:
- Lay face down on a bench set to a 30-degree incline in a prone position, and position your feet either side for stability.
- Grip the barbell with a wide overhand grip, and Let your arms hang down by your sides fully extended as they point to the floor.
- Slowly raise the bar up towards your chest as far as possible, keeping your head up and eyes looking forward.
- Hold for a count squeezing your back, then return back down slowly to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
