Incline bench barbell row instructions:

  1. Lay face down on a bench set to a 30-degree incline in a prone position, and position your feet either side for stability.
  2. Grip the barbell with a wide overhand grip, and Let your arms hang down by your sides fully extended as they point to the floor.
  3. Slowly raise the bar up towards your chest as far as possible, keeping your head up and eyes looking forward.
  4. Hold for a count squeezing your back, then return back down slowly to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
