Hailee Steinfeld, born December 11, 1996, in Tarzana, California, is an American actress and multi-platinum recording pop artist. Her breakthrough came with the western film True Grit (2010), which earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress, making her one of the category’s youngest nominees. For the same film, she was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Actress, a SAG Award, and a Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Supporting Actress. In 2016, she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for her performance in the teen drama film The Edge of Seventeen (2016). Following the success of True Grit, Steinfeld was chosen as the face of the Italian high fashion women’s clothing and accessory brand Miu Miu, and was cast as Juliet Capulet in an adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.
As a musician, Steinfeld has also won several awards for her work. In 2017, she received a Billboard Music Award for Top Covered Artist for her song “Most Girls.” Her 2015 single “Love Myself” debuted at number 27 on the Billboard Pop Songs chart, the highest debut for a solo female artist in 17 years since Natalie Imbruglia’s “Torn” in 1998. The Recording Industry Association of America certified the song two times platinum.
Hailee Steinfeld Workout
Hailee Steinfeld works out for at least an hour daily to maintain her bikini body, constantly pushing herself to her limits. “I’ve never left a workout or a gym session feeling anything other than great and happier,” she said to women’s health. Her love of fitness is genetic. Pete Steinfeld, Hailee’s father, is a trainer who has been helping her train since she was a child. “My dad’s a personal fitness trainer, and he really helps me create a workout in the space that I’m in, wherever I am. I travel with resistance bands, so I’ll jump rope and do a combination of movements,” Hailee told Delish.
She enjoys combining body weight and weight training sessions to tone her body, build and maintain lean muscle mass, and improve the health of her joints and bones. For cardio, Hailee says dance is her workout choice because it never feels like she is working out. She’ll alternate between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, and swimming if she is at the gym. She also occasionally engages in a boxing session. Boxing is an excellent aerobic exercise that can help you burn calories and lose weight. It is also an effective way to relieve stress, and improve flexibility, balance, and strength. When it comes to maintaining her six-pack abs, Hailee revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she does 3,000 crunches daily.
But when she does not have time to do a long workout session, Hailee keeps things simple. She makes an effort to spend at least 15 minutes each day engaging in some form of physical activity, whether it’s riding a bike, going for a walk, or even just taking a 15-minute stroll around her backyard.

She also consumes whole grains, nuts, seeds, and at least four to five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
