Hailee Steinfeld, born December 11, 1996, in Tarzana, California, is an American actress and multi-platinum recording pop artist. Hailee Steinfeld works out for at least an hour daily to maintain her bikini body, constantly pushing herself to her limits. “I’ve never left a workout or a gym session feeling anything other than great and happier,” she said to women’s health. When it comes to maintaining her six-pack abs, Hailee revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she does 3,000 crunches daily.

But when she does not have time to do a long workout session, Hailee keeps things simple. She makes an effort to spend at least 15 minutes each day engaging in some form of physical activity, whether it’s riding a bike, going for a walk, or even just taking a 15-minute stroll around her backyard.

Hailee Steinfeld Diet Plan

Hailee does not adhere to any particular diet. Instead, she focuses on refueling with nutritious foods to improve workout performance and help her body function properly. “I eat pretty simple and clean for the most part, and when I’m on tour it’s really a matter of making sure to have small meals throughout the day to keep my energy up,” she told Shape.
