EZ bar reverse grip preacher curl instructions:
- Sit down on a preacher bench holding a weighted EZ Bar using an overhand grip.
- Rest the back of your upper arms on the pad, then curl the weight up towards your shoulders, squeezing your forearm muscles.
- Hold this position for a second, and return back to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
