EZ bar reverse grip preacher curl instructions:

  1. Sit down on a preacher bench holding a weighted EZ Bar using an overhand grip.
  2. Rest the back of your upper arms on the pad, then curl the weight up towards your shoulders, squeezing your forearm muscles.
  3. Hold this position for a second, and return back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
