Close-hands pushup instructions:

  1. Get into a push up position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your feet extended out behind you.
  2. Move your hand as close together as possible so that you create a diamond shape.
  3. Slowly Lower your body towards the ground until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  4. Pause, and then push yourself back to the starting position squeezing your chest on the way back up.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
