Close-hands pushup instructions:
- Get into a push up position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your feet extended out behind you.
- Move your hand as close together as possible so that you create a diamond shape.
- Slowly Lower your body towards the ground until your chest nearly touches the floor.
- Pause, and then push yourself back to the starting position squeezing your chest on the way back up.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
