Chris Hemsworth: Absolutely. My fitness journey has been a combination of dedication, hard work, and a love for physical activity. It all began when I got the role of Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. To embody the character and the physicality required, I knew I had to make some significant changes to my lifestyle.

Q2: Could you elaborate on your diet? What do you typically eat to maintain your physique?

Chris Hemsworth: I follow a balanced and nutritious diet. My meals usually consist of lean proteins such as chicken, fish, or grass-fed beef, along with lots of vegetables and whole grains.
