This hero workout is dedicated to Lance Corporal Caleb Erickson, who died in combat on February 28, 2014, while conducting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Since 2014, this workout has become an annual event to honor Caleb and raise funds for military non-profit organizations.

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as quickly as possible for 5 rounds. As needed, divide the work. At any given time, only one athlete can work.

- 400-meter Sandbag Carry (150/100 lb)
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Plate Ground-to-Overheads (45/35 lb)
