Cable one-arm front raise instructions:

  1. Attach a handle to a low pulley and grasp it with one hand using an overhand grip.
  2. Step forward until the cable is pulled taut, keeping your elbow slightly bend and arms relatively straight.
  3. Raise the handle forward and upward in a semicircular motion until it reaches your shoulder level.
  4. Hold this position for a count, then return back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
