Cable one-arm front raise instructions:
- Attach a handle to a low pulley and grasp it with one hand using an overhand grip.
- Step forward until the cable is pulled taut, keeping your elbow slightly bend and arms relatively straight.
- Raise the handle forward and upward in a semicircular motion until it reaches your shoulder level.
- Hold this position for a count, then return back to the starting position.
- Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
