Brooke Wells is a six-time CrossFit games athlete. She started CrossFit in 2013 during her senior year of high school, after spending her youth as a gymnast and track athlete.
Afterward she won the 2015 Central Regional at 19 years old, she ranked 16th in her debut Games appearance in 2016, and finished in sixth place in both 2018 and 2019.
Wells trains three times a day, three days per week, and twice a day two days per week for more than five hours, swims on Thursdays, and takes a full rest day on Sundays to relax and have fun.
Wells is a student at the University of Missouri and a trainer at CrossFit Fringe in Columbia.
