Alia Bhatt Workout Routine
Despite her hectic shooting schedule, Alia always finds time for exercise to tone her body, improve her overall health and reduce the risk of disease. She tries to train for one hour at least five days per week, focusing on improving her weaknesses and boosting her endurance. To keep challenging herself, the actress will do a high-intensity session a couple of times, and on days she can’t meet with her trainer, he will send her a cardio routine. “On the days we can’t meet, I’ll send her a cardio routine to do which she follows diligently. She loves running and working on her legs.” Khushrushahi told Vogue India.
While Bhatt enjoys pilates, she also does other types of training to give her overworked muscles, joints, and ligaments a chance to rest and recover before putting them back into action. “Alia’s workout routine is a mix of strength, functional and high-intensity work. We’ll throw in a sport from time to time as well. I’ve always been of the opinion that you need to mix things up as much as possible,” says her trainer. Notwithstanding her willingness to try most exercises, there is one that she does not enjoy. “She loves the assault bike and skipping—kidding, she’ll kill me for saying that. I think she’s developed a secret fondness for skipping though.”
Her work ethic isn’t just an asset that has helped her become one of Bollywood’s most booked and busy working actors, with top highest-grossing films: it’s a full-fledged part of her brand. “Alia is possibly one of the most hardworking people I’ve met. She’s very easy to work with and I think we get along pretty well. She knows and understands what we are trying to achieve, and trusts me and the process. Stated her coach. Adding, “Initially, I think she was a little skeptical about lifting weights, but over time she’s seen the benefits of it. From what I’ve seen and known of Alia over the past few months, I think she enjoys working out.”

She views every meal as an opportunity to nourish herself. Alia prefers to eat home-cooked meals made with natural ingredients such as lean meats, healthy fats, complex carbs, fresh vegetables, and fruits rather than ordering or eating them from restaurants.
The Bollywood star eats six small meals a day, each about ¼ the size of a traditional breakfast or lunch, and spaces them out by 2-2½ hours, so she never goes too long without food.
